By accessing and using the Oman 2040 Monitor (“the Platform”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and The Vanderbilt Portfolio AG (“the Publisher”). By accessing the Platform, you confirm that you accept these terms and agree to comply with them.
2. Content and Intellectual Property
All content published on this Platform — including text, data visualisations, analysis, design elements, and code — is the intellectual property of the Publisher unless otherwise attributed. Content may not be reproduced, redistributed, or republished without prior written consent.
3. Not Investment Advice
The Platform provides analytical commentary and data aggregation for informational purposes only. Nothing published on this Platform constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional advice. You should not treat any content as such.
4. Accuracy and Liability
While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, the Publisher does not guarantee that all information on the Platform is complete, correct, or current. Data is sourced from third-party providers and official publications, and is subject to revision. The Publisher accepts no liability for any loss arising from reliance on Platform content.
5. Subscription Services
Access to Layer 2 Premium content requires an active subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation policies are set out at the point of purchase. The Publisher reserves the right to modify subscription pricing with 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to: (a) scrape, crawl, or systematically download Platform content; (b) use automated tools to access the Platform; (c) redistribute subscription content to non-subscribers; (d) attempt to circumvent access controls.
7. Modifications
The Publisher reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Swiss law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
